"Anam Chara"
Originating in Irish monasticism, the phrase Anam Chara was applied to a monk's teacher, companion,
or spiritual guide.
Early Beginnings​​​​​

As a child, I was often visited by the spirit of a monk whilst I slept. My sister, with whom I shared a bedroom, would also awaken in the night and see the monk picking flowers at my feet.
Through this and many other experiences in my childhood, I became curious about spirituality and even considered a monastic life, serving as a nun. However, as my teenage years hit, I also discovered that maybe to sacrifice the earthly pleasures wasn't for this lifetime!

As I became a wife and mother, this yearning and calling remained in the background, quietly and gently whispering. I explored many different forms and practices of spirituality from the mid 1990's onwards. My path led me to the harp in the early 2000's, a sacred healing instrument. During that time, my harp and I were called to the beside of my father to assist with his transition into the next world. This led to me training in harp therapy.​
Soul Calling

Years later, I reconnected with one of the beautiful souls that had initially inspired me to the harp and through this connection I was introduced to a contemplative and devotional order rooted in a native Gaelic Spirituality. From there I became a friend of the order and today continue to hold sacred some of their practices. These practices speak to the monastic calling within me.​

Another aspect of my souls calling was to understand the Power of Art to Heal. In childhood, I used art to regulate and soothe myself. I absolutely loved and adored being creative and my connection through music, art, dance and creating magic shows in my childhood neighbourhood allowed my imagination and expression to be free and made me feel safe, even although my lived experience was not always safe.
This passion led me to training and then qualifying with my Masters in Art Psychotherapy. I am now an HCPC registered Art Psychotherapist and work in the Charity sector alongside women and children who have experienced domestic abuse. Furthermore, I have completed additional training with Cornelia Elbrecht, founder of Clay Field Therapy and Sensorimotor Art Therapy. I now specialise in using Sensorimotor Art Therapy in my practice, a body focused trauma informed approach.
When I met the Angels
Of course my story wouldn't be complete if I didn't share my experiences with the Angels. My first experience with Angelic consciousness was in early August 1997. During a profound vision, I was visited by an Angel. This Angel told me that they would be coming to humanity on the 31st August 1997. This was the day that Diana, Princess of Wales died. The wave of grief and love across the world on that day opened the hearts of many.

Since then, I have had several profound experiences and my sacred work with the harp keeps me aligned to this realm of consciousness.
​
This has led me to developing the work with the Female Archangels known as Archeiai (pronounced Are~key~ah) as well as the Female Ascended Masters who sit on the Great Karmic Board. I have been guided to create the Divine Feminine Essence Sprays which can be used to support insight and healing and can be used whilst meditating, journaling, channelling, dream-work and healing practices. The Angelic realms have also created healing attunements which I have been asked to share within the new Healing Room Membership space.

The Akashic Records
In mid 2024, I heard a call and have now followed the impulse from my soul to train as an Akashic Guide.
​
The Akashic Records is a sacred energetic space that records everything we are as a soul. It is a super highway of information that is a living breathing field of consciousness and holds the records of everything that we are, have been and will be in all future possibilities.
​
Accessing the records can help us to understand our thoughts, emotions and actions from a place of non-judgement, helping us to find a level of acceptance, understanding and healing.​
